\tmso-pagination:widow-orphan; \tfont-size:10.0pt; \tfont-family:\"Times New Roman\"; \tmso-ansi-language:#0400; \tmso-fareast-language:#0400; \tmso-bidi-language:#0400;} <\/style>\n\n <![endif]-->  <\/p>\n<p  style=\"text-align: justify;font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">El vigente <\/span><u><span style=\";font-size:11pt;color:blue;\"  ><a href=\"http:\/\/noticias.juridicas.com\/base_datos\/Admin\/rd2066-2008.html\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Plan Estatal Vivienda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n 2009-2012 <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">aprobado por Real Decreto 2066\/2009, de 24 de diciembre, establece en su articulo 8.5 que para el c\u00f3mputo de la superficie \u00fatil se aplicar\u00e1 la normativa propia de las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas y ciudades de Ceuta y Melilla o, en su defecto, las normas establecidas para las viviendas de protecci\u00f3n oficial en el <a href=\"http:\/\/noticias.juridicas.com\/base_datos\/Admin\/rd3148-1978.html#a4\">art\u00edculo 4 del Real Decreto 3148\/1978, de 10 de noviembre<\/a>., que desarrolla <st1:personname productid=\"la Ley\" st=\"on\">la Ley<\/st1:personname> 31\/1978, de<span style=\"\">  <\/span>de Viviendas de Protecci\u00f3n Oficial, las denominadas VPO.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"text-align: justify;font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"text-align: justify;font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Dicho articulo establec\u00eda que, con car\u00e1cter general, para todos estos elementos descritos y, con independencia de su superficie \u00fatil real, se considerar\u00eda como tal el producto de la superficie construida por el coeficiente 0,80.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"text-align: justify;font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"text-align: justify;font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Asimismo, respecto a la superficie m\u00e1xima a computar a efectos de financiaci\u00f3n y venta de dichos elementos se establec\u00edan en la legislaci\u00f3n de VPO las siguientes limitaciones en cuanto a Superficie \u00fatil (SU):<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"text-align: justify;font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;font-family:arial;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;font-size:7pt;\" >          <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">de la plaza de garaje:                                  <st1:metricconverter productid=\"25 m2\" st=\"on\">25 m2<\/st1:metricconverter><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><\/p>\n<p  style=\"margin-left: 36pt; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;font-size:7pt;\" >          <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">del anejo rural                  <span style=\"\">                           <\/span>15% de la SU de la vivienda a la que se vincula<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><\/p>\n<p  style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;font-family:arial;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font-style: normal;
