font-family: Arial;\">Los Alojamientos Protegidos son una tipolog\u00eda de edificaciones, cuyas caracter\u00edsticas vienen definidas en el <b style=\"\">Articulo 35<span style=\"\">   <\/span>del Real Decreto 2066\/2008, de 12 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el <\/b><\/span><b style=\"\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: blue;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/noticias.juridicas.com\/base_datos\/Admin\/rd2066-2008.html\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Plan Estatal Vivienda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n 2009-2012 <\/span><\/a><span style=\"\"> <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Se trata de edificaciones destinadas a albergar a personas que pertenecen a:<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 39pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Symbol;\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">         <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">colectivos especialmente vulnerables<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 39pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Symbol;\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">         <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">colectivos espec\u00edficos relacionados con la comunidad universitaria <\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">o investigadores cient\u00edficos.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Los alojamientos protegidos que se acojan al programa estatal definido deber\u00e1n reunir las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">a)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">       <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Podr\u00e1n ser de iniciativa p\u00fablica o privada, seg\u00fan dispongan las CCAA.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">b)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Podr\u00e1n edificarse sobre suelo al que la ordenaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica atribuya cualquier uso compatible con los t\u00e9rminos de estos alojamientos.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">c)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">       <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Los alojamientos deber\u00e1n reunir las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">          <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">deber\u00e1n formar parte de edificios o conjunto de edificios <b style=\"\">destinados en exclusiva y por completo a esa finalidad.<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">          <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">El numero de alojamientos por edificio estar determinado por la normativa de cada CCAA.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">          <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">La superficie de cada alojamiento ser\u00e1 <b style=\"\">como m\u00ednimo de <st1:metricconverter productid=\"15 m2\" st=\"on\">15 m2<\/st1:metricconverter> por persona, con un m\u00e1ximo de <st1:metricconverter productid=\"45 metros cuadrados\" st=\"on\"><st1:metricconverter productid=\"45 metros\" st=\"on\">45 metros<\/st1:metricconverter> cuadrados<\/st1:metricconverter>.<\/b> No obstante un m\u00e1ximo del 25% del total de los alojamientos de cada promoci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 tener una superficie \u00fatil m\u00e1xima de <st1:metricconverter productid=\"90 metros cuadrados\" st=\"on\"><st1:metricconverter productid=\"90 metros\" st=\"on\">90 metros<\/st1:metricconverter> cuadrados<\/st1:metricconverter>, con el fin de poder alojara unidades familiares o grupos de personas que requieran una superficie mayora la determinada con car\u00e1cter general.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">          <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">A efectos de financiaci\u00f3n por el Plan, la superficie \u00fatil protegida destinada a <b style=\"\">servicios comunes o asistenciales<\/b> de las personas alojadas, que deber\u00e1n estar integrados en el propio edificio o conjunto de edificios, <b style=\"\">no podr\u00e1 exceder del 30% del total de la superficie \u00fatil de los alojamientos<\/b> con independencia de que la superficie real sea superior.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"\">&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">          <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">A estos efectos, tambi\u00e9n <b style=\"\">podr\u00e1n estar protegidos las plazas de garaje vinculadas<\/b> a los alojamientos, seg\u00fan la normativa municipal.
