Plazo de recuperaci\u00f3n de una Inversi\u00f3n (PB)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Plazo de Recuperaci\u00f3n de una Inversi\u00f3n, conocido en ingles como Pay Back (PB), es el tiempo que transcurre hasta su recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Evidentemente esta definici\u00f3n tiene un problema importante ya que no aclara nada de que pasa con los flujos que sigue generando la inversi\u00f3n, en su caso, despu\u00e9s de transcurrido este plazo.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente ejemplo es muy visual al respecto. font-family: Arial;\">3<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Evidentemente las tres inversiones se recuperan en el mismo ejercicio 5, por lo que el PB = 5 en las tres, y en consecuencia utilizando es criterio no podr\u00edamos saber cual de las tres es la mas interesante para el inversor.<\/p>\n<p>A simple vista, de acuerdo con los flujos de caja que se obtienen la B es mejor que la A y la C ser\u00e1 mejor que la B, ya que en el a\u00f1o 6, uno despu\u00e9s de haber recuperado la inversi\u00f3n, todav\u00eda se obtiene un flujo positivo de 3 frente a los 2 que producen en ese ejercicio las A y B.<\/p>\n<p>Si aplic\u00e1ramos, por ejemplo el criterio TIR podr\u00edamos saber que:<\/p>\n<p>INVERSION              A                     B                      C  .<br \/>\n<br \/>TIR                        3,25%               4,74 %              6,62 %<\/p>\n<p>Y evidentemente obtendr\u00edamos que la mejor inversi\u00f3n es la C aplicando el criterio del TIR (an\u00e1logamente saldr\u00eda con el criterio VAN), resolviendo estos la duda que nos plantea la aplicaci\u00f3n del PB.<\/p>\n<p>Y entonces surge la pregunta: \u00bfC\u00f3mo utilizar el criterio PB para el an\u00e1lisis de una inversi\u00f3n?.
