Y si se trata de pr\u00e9stamos al promotor la horquilla puede subir hasta los 200 puntos b\u00e1sicos.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">2.- Se eleva el porcentaje a conceder de prestamos convenidos hasta un 90% del precio m\u00e1ximo de venta (el porcentaje actualmente vigente es del 80%)<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">3.- Se elimina la Ayuda Estatal  Directa a la  Entrada (AEDE) a los compradores de vivienda<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">4.- Se disminuye en un 40% la subvenci\u00f3n a los promotores de viviendas para alquiler y alojamientos protegidos, excluyendo en todo caso garajes y trasteros.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">5.- Se condiciona la concesi\u00f3n de subvenciones a un acuerdo entre el <ministerio><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">6.- Se elimina la subvenci\u00f3n para adquisici\u00f3n y urbanizaci\u00f3n de suelo.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">7.- Se elimina el Fondo de Reserva de Eficacia <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"> <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No sabemos si este borrador sufrir\u00e1 modificaciones ya que el 21 de octubre de 2010 desapareci\u00f3 el Ministerio de la Vivienda, aunque su titular pasa a ser Secretaria de Estado de Vivienda dentro del Ministerio de Fomento<b style=\"\">.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"> <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\">Nuestro resumen de las modificaciones es el siguiente:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\"> <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: Symbol; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">       <\/span><\/span><\/span><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\">Mas financiaci\u00f3n <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: Symbol; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">       <\/span><\/span><\/span><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\">Menos subvenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\"> <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\">Y ello nos suscita ciertos interrogantes:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: Symbol; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">       <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; color: rgb(153, 51, 0);\">\u00bfEn que forma va a influir este cambio de modelo en la viabilidad de nuevas operaciones?
