justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">a)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">CESION gratuita de suelo urbanizado<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"> <b style=\"\">para<\/b> <b style=\"\">viales<\/b>, parques, jardines y <b style=\"\">equipamientos<\/b> p\u00fablicos, que constituyen los sistemas generales y locales de los distintos \u00e1mbitos de actuaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">b)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">RESERVA de suelo para<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"> construcci\u00f3n de viviendas sometidas a alg\u00fan r\u00e9gimen de protecci\u00f3n publica (<b style=\"\">VPP<\/b>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">c)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">CESION gratuita de suelo urbanizado para<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"> ubicar un porcentaje determinado del <b style=\"\">aprovechamiento<\/b> urban\u00edstico del \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">La legislaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica concreta est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos de calidad para el apartado a), as\u00ed como porcentajes m\u00ednimos para los apartados b) y c).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Pero adem\u00e1s, en <b style=\"\">alguna legislaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica comunitaria obliga a reservar<\/b> o ceder suelo para <b style=\"\">otra clase<\/b> de construcciones, como pueden ser el caos siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">A)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">     <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">COMUNIDAD DE MADRID<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Es el caso de cesiones de car\u00e1cter supramunicipal para la construcci\u00f3n de Viviendas Sociales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">B)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">     <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">PAIS VASCO<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Para la construcci\u00f3n de alojamientos de car\u00e1cter colectivo<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">C)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">    <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">  <\/span>Para construir viviendas en Alquiler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Todas estas normativas no tienen todav\u00eda un desarrollo espec\u00edfico, por lo que solo adelantamos su existencia.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Sin embargo, el programa <\/span><b style=\"\"><span
