style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2010\/12\/18\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2010-19461.pdf\">Real Decreto 1713\/2010<\/a>, de 17 de diciembre, modifica la redacci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos referentes a la <b style=\"\">subsidiaci\u00f3n para Promotores de Promociones de Protecci\u00f3n Publica en Arrendamiento<\/b>, que sin modificar sus cuant\u00edas, las limita, as\u00ed como rebaja sustancialmente la cuant\u00eda de las <b style=\"\">subvenciones<\/b> y el c\u00e1lculo de los metros cuadrados \u00fatiles sobre los que se aplican,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">A continuaci\u00f3n damos las tablas resultantes, y con las cifras entre par\u00e9ntesis de las cuant\u00edas anteriores, que son como sigue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">PROMOCION DE VIVIENDAS EN m\u00e1xima total de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">La cuant\u00eda de la subsidiaci\u00f3n correspondiente a cada cuota no podr\u00e1 superar en ning\u00fan caso<span style=\"\">  <\/span>la cuant\u00eda de la cuota a satisfacer en concepto de capital e intereses o solo de intereses en el periodo de carencia (Texto modificado del art\u00edculo 14.2) <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span promotores de viviendas de r\u00e9gimen especial y general que hayan obtenido los pr\u00e9stamos convenidos podr\u00e1n obtener una subvenci\u00f3n, con las siguientes cuant\u00edas, que podr\u00e1n mientras contin\u00faen siendo protegidas, las vivienda de esta modalidad podr\u00edan venderse en un precio m\u00e1ximo de hasta 1,5 veces el precio m\u00e1ximo de referencia establecido en la calificaci\u00f3n provisional de la misma previamente actualizado mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de la variaci\u00f3n porcentual del IPC desde el a\u00f1o siguiente a la calificaci\u00f3n definitiva y en
