En sus art\u00edculos 58 A 62 se define el <b style=\"\">Programa RENOVE<\/b>, que se centra en todas aquellas actuaciones que se pueden acometer <b style=\"\">para la mejora y reparaci\u00f3n de edificios existentes<\/b>, tales como las que se rese\u00f1an en la tabla siguiente: <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Se consideran <b style=\"\">actuaciones protegidas a efectos de su financiaci\u00f3n<\/b>, las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">a)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Actuaciones para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, la higiene, salud y protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente en los edificios y viviendas, y la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">b)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Promotores<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"> de la actuaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Los beneficiarios de las ayudas de este programa podr\u00e1n ser los promotores de la actuaci\u00f3n y los propietarios de las viviendas o edificios, inquilinos autorizados por el propietario, o en comunidades de propietarios. <b style=\"\">Los ingresos familiares<\/b> de las personas f\u00edsicas beneficiarias <b style=\"\">no podr\u00e1n superar 6,5 veces el IPREM<\/b>.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
