 mso-fareast-language:#0400;  mso-bidi-language:#0400;} <\/style>\n\n <![endif]-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\"> <\/span>En las promociones de vivienda en r\u00e9gimen de <b style=\"\">alquiler protegido<\/b>, en <span style=\"color: rgb(51, 102, 153);\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2010\/12\/18\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2010-19461.pdf\">el Plan Estatal de Vivienda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n  2009 \u2013 2012<\/a><\/span><b style=\"\"><u><span style=\"color: blue;\"> <span style=\"\"> <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>(RD 2066\/2008), vigente, modificado por Real Decreto 1.713\/2010 de 17 de diciembre, y en su art\u00edculos 37 se concreta la nueva <b style=\"\">financiaci\u00f3n<\/b> estatal del Programa de Alojamientos Protegidos, vigente en 2011, que es la siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Los promotores de<span style=\"\">  <\/span>estos alojamientos podr\u00e1n acogerse al <b style=\"\">mismo sistema<\/b> de financiaci\u00f3n que los promotores<span style=\"\">  <\/span>de viviendas protegidas en <b style=\"\">arrendamiento a 25 a\u00f1os de r\u00e9gimen especial <\/b><span style=\"\"> <\/span>cuando se trate de alojamientos destinados a colectivos especialmente vulnerable <b style=\"\">y de r\u00e9gimen general<\/b> cuando se trate de alojamientos destinados a otros colectivos espec\u00edficos, en cuanto a pr\u00e9stamo convenido y posibilidades de subsidiaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">La financiaci\u00f3n consiste en <b style=\"\">prestamos convenidos a 25 a\u00f1os<\/b> con un plazo de carencia de 3 a\u00f1os ampliable hasta 10 a\u00f1os en una <b style=\"\">cuant\u00eda m\u00e1xima del 80%<\/b> del precio m\u00e1ximo de referencia y con unos importes de <b style=\"\">subsidiaci\u00f3n por cada 10.000<\/b> euros de pr\u00e9stamo de y de subvenciones<span style=\"\">  <\/span>por metro cuadrados de superficie \u00fatil de:<\/span><\/p>\n<table class=\"MsoTableGrid\" style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
