Los beneficiarios de las mismas podr\u00e1n ser los promotores de la actuaci\u00f3n y los propietarios de las viviendas o edificios, inquilinos autorizados por el propietario, o en comunidades de propietarios<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >Los ingresos familiares de las personas f\u00edsicas beneficiarias no podr\u00e1n superar 6,5 veces el IPREM.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >Se consideran <b style=\"\">actuaciones protegidas a efectos de su financiaci\u00f3n<\/b>, las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  ><span style=\"\">a)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >Actuaciones para <b style=\"\">mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/b>, la higiene, salud y protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente en los edificios y viviendas, y la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  ><span style=\"\">b)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >Actuaciones para garantizar la <b style=\"\">seguridad y la estanqueidad<\/b> en la edificaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  ><span style=\"\">c)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">      <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >Actuaciones para <b style=\"\">mejora de la accesibilidad<\/b> al edificio y\/o a sus viviendas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >El <b style=\"\">RENOVE<\/b> es un programa que se reserva, pr\u00e1cticamente en exclusiva, <b style=\"\">para los propietarios o inquilinos de los edificios,<\/b> con una excepci\u00f3n importante, la establecida en el art\u00edculo<span style=\"\">   <\/span>del Real decreto 2066\/2008.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >AYUDAS FINANCIERAS DEL PROGRAMA RENOVE EN EDIFICIOS DE VIVIENDAS (articulo 60 del Real Decreto 2066\/2008)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  >PROPIETARIOS CON <b style=\"\">1 O MAS VIVIENDAS ALQUILADAS<\/b> DEL EDIFICIO A REHABILITAR CON <b style=\"\">INGRESOS NO SUPERIORES A 6,5 IPREM<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:11pt;\"  > <\/span><\/p>\n<table class=\"MsoTableGrid\" style=\"width: 419.4pt;
