seguimos<br \/>\nmanteniendo nuestra idea fundamental: <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">un<br \/>\nsuelo calificado urban\u00edsticamente<\/b> por la administraci\u00f3n, es decir que<br \/>\nexiste un Plan General propiciado por el ayuntamiento y aprobado<br \/>\ndefinitivamente por la<br \/>\n Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma correspondiente deber\u00eda <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">deberia tener un valor distinto al de un<br \/>\nsuelo rustico<\/b>, con independencia de que se haya iniciado o no su urbanizaci\u00f3n,<br \/>\nya que autom\u00e1ticamente ha entrado en otro mercado diferente.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-outline-level: 1; text-align: justify;\"><span face=\"&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-outline-level: 1; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a incumplimiento, pero partiendo<br \/>\nde otro valor inicial que ya ha adquirido en base precisamente a dicha calificaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nurban\u00edstica.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-outline-level: 1; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-outline-level: 1; text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span
