\nLa ministra de Fomento, Ana Pastor, presento el pasado dia
\n26 de septiembre de 2012 en el Congreso las l\u00edneas generales del Plan de
\nInfraestructuras, Transporte y Vivienda (PITVI), que establecer\u00e1 la hoja de
\nruta de la nueva pol\u00edtica en estas  <\/span>materias<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

Concretamente, en materia de vivienda, el PITVI tiene por objeto potenciar
\nla rehabilitaci\u00f3n  <\/span>y el alquiler,
\nintroduciendo, en este caso, medidas que permitan aumentar su participaci\u00f3n en
\nel conjunto del mercado. El plan tambi\u00e9n persigue mejorar la calidad y
\nsostenibilidad de la edificaci\u00f3n y del urbanismo.<\/p>\n

Se prevee la modificaci\u00f3n de las siguientes normativas:<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7        
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>proyecto de ley sobre rehabilitaci\u00f3n,
\nregeneraci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n urbana<\/div>\n
\n\u00b7        
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Ley de medidas de flexibilizaci\u00f3n y fomento del
\nmercado de alquiler de viviendas, cuyo proyecto fue aprobado en el Consejo de
\nMinistros del pasado 24 de agosto<\/div>\n
\n\u00b7        
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>reforma de la Ley de Ordenaci\u00f3n de la
\nEdificaci\u00f3n<\/div>\n
\n\u00b7        
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>actualizaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo T\u00e9cnico de Edificaci\u00f3n<\/div>\n
\n\u00b7        
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>nuevo Plan de Estatal de Vivienda, que entrar\u00e1
\nen vigor en 2013, con medidas espec\u00edficas para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del parque de
\nvivienda usada y el fomento de la regeneraci\u00f3n urbana y del alquiler.<\/div>\n

\nHasta el momento no conocemos la existencia de ning\u00fan borrador al respecto,
\nque seg\u00fan nuestras noticias, se esta discutiendo con las CCAA.<\/p>\n
