anual que se vaya a satisfacer, con el l\u00edmite de 3.200 \u20ac por vivienda,<br \/>\ncon independencia del n\u00famero de titulares del contrato.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;\">La duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de subvencionados en el Plan de<br \/>\nViviendas 2013 \u2013 2016 es suficientemente significativo, ya que la mayoria de<br \/>\ncasos las rentas de las VPP est\u00e1n por encima de los 600 euros mensuales y eso<br \/>\nque tomamos el R\u00e9gimen Especial, por lo que<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><br \/>\nla consecuencia inmediata es que en la gran mayoria de casos las VPP actuales<br \/>\nen r\u00e9gimen de alquiler se deber\u00e1n descalificar, operaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 prevista en<br \/>\nel Plan.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">No obstante habr\u00e1 que esperar que se pronuncie la legislaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nauton\u00f3mica al respecto para poder comparar con m\u00e1s causa. <\/b>El aspecto m\u00e1s<br \/>\npreocupante de cara al cuatrienio es como quedara la financiaci\u00f3n auton\u00f3mica,<br \/>\nsin la estatal<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">, para la promoci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nnuevas viviendas en alquiler de VPP, dada la situaci\u00f3n de d\u00e9ficit que casi<br \/>\ntodas las CCAA tienen en estos momentos.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSi la rentabilidad de promociones<br \/>\nen alquiler ya era suficientemente exigua para las VPP<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"> es evidente que sin subvenciones o subsidiaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e9stamos ning\u00fan<br \/>\npromotor las acometer\u00e1 en ese periodo de tiempo.
