font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;\">A la vista de lo<br \/>\nestablecido en el Real Decreto, en nuestra opini\u00f3n, puede servir para solventar<br \/>\nalgunos problemas puntuales de viviendas existentes, terminadas sin vender, que<br \/>\ntengan pocas posibilidades de comercializar en r\u00e9gimen de venta, pero <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">vemos poco realista que sirva para<br \/>\ndinamizar el sector y mucho menos el mercado de alquileres<\/b>, que no tendr\u00e1 soluci\u00f3n<br \/>\nen el medio plazo, salvo que se acometa con realismo que solamente la iniciativa<br \/>\nprivada ser\u00e1 capaz de poner nuevas viviendas para alquilar en el mercado, sino<br \/>\nse acomete con realismo el tema de la rentabilidad y seguridad jur\u00eddica de<br \/>\ntales promociones.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;\">Podria<br \/>\nprofundizarse en aspectos del Real Decreto cuya efectividad, hasta que entre la<br \/>\noperativa prevista en las CCAA, no esta nada clara como, por ejemplo, si a un<br \/>\ninquilino no se le concede la prorroga de la subvenci\u00f3n anual, <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span>y con sus ingresos reales, ya que no se exige<br \/>\nun m\u00ednimo en su cuant\u00eda, no pudiera pagar el alquiler: \u00bfque sucederia?, \u00bfqui\u00e9n<br \/>\nlo desahuciaria?.
