que podr\u00e1n ser objeto de<br \/>\nconvocatoria p\u00fablica, ser\u00e1n las siguientes, sin perjuicio de que dichas<br \/>\nconvocatorias puedan perfilarlas:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 8.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">a) <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Mejora de barrios:<\/b><br \/>\nActuaciones predominantemente de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana integrada, en tejidos de<br \/>\nbloque construidos en el periodo comprendido entre 1940 y 1980, en las que destaquen<br \/>\naspectos de incremento de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la mejora de la<br \/>\naccesibilidad de los edificios, recualificaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico, dotaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nde nuevos equipamientos e impulso de la cohesi\u00f3n social y la actividad<br \/>\necon\u00f3mica.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">b) <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Centros y cascos hist\u00f3ricos<\/b>:<br \/>\nActuaciones predominantemente de regeneraci\u00f3n en centros hist\u00f3ricos urbanos y<br \/>\ncascos rurales, incluyendo actuaciones de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios<br \/>\nresidenciales y otro uso que cuenten con alg\u00fan grado de protecci\u00f3n patrimonial,<br \/>\nmejora del espacio p\u00fablico e impulso de la cohesi\u00f3n social y la revitalizaci\u00f3n<br \/>\necon\u00f3mica.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">c) <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Renovaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas funcionalmente<br \/>\nobsoletas<\/b>: Actuaciones sobre tejidos con severas condiciones de<br \/>\nobsolescencia funcional e inadecuaci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista urban\u00edstico y<br \/>\nedificatorio, en los que se proponga su renovaci\u00f3n funcional y recualificaci\u00f3n<br \/>\ncon usos mixtos, que incluyan actividades econ\u00f3micas.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">d) <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Renovaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas para la sustituci\u00f3n de<br \/>\ninfravivienda<\/b>: Actuaciones para la erradicaci\u00f3n de la vivienda con deficiencias<br \/>\ngraves en seguridad, salubridad y habitabilidad, ubicada en tejidos de<br \/>\nurbanizaci\u00f3n marginal, acompa\u00f1adas de programas sociales. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">e) <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Ecobarrios<\/b>: Actuaciones predominantemente de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana en<br \/>\n\u00e1reas residenciales en las que destaque el impulso de la sostenibilidad<br \/>\nambiental en los edificios y en los espacios p\u00fablicos.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">f) <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Zonas tur\u00edsticas<\/b>. Actuaciones de regeneraci\u00f3n, esponjamiento y<br \/>\nrenovaci\u00f3n urbanas en zonas tur\u00edsticas con s\u00edntomas de obsolescencia o<br \/>\ndegradaci\u00f3n, sobrecarga urban\u00edstica y ambiental o sobreexplotaci\u00f3n de recursos<br \/>\ny que planteen una mejora y reconversi\u00f3n de las mismas hacia un modelo<br \/>\ntur\u00edstico m\u00e1s sostenible, competitivo y de mayor calidad.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 8.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Los<br \/>\nproyectos que se refieran a las l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas tem\u00e1ticas contenidas en el<br \/>\napartado anterior <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">deber\u00e1n<br \/>\ncircunscribirse a un \u00fanico t\u00e9rmino municipal<\/b>, contener la <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">delimitaci\u00f3n precisa<\/b> del \u00e1rea de<br \/>\nactuaci\u00f3n, que tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter homog\u00e9neo y continuidad geogr\u00e1fica, con la<br \/>\ndescripci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica y social de la misma. Asimismo deber\u00e1n<br \/>\njustificar la conveniencia de la propuesta de actuaci\u00f3n, e incluir una memoria<br \/>\ndescriptiva de la misma y de viabilidad t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica de la actuaci\u00f3n, y<br \/>\nadjuntar un presupuesto estimativo, desglosado por tipos de actuaciones, as\u00ed<br \/>\ncomo un calendario previsible de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Los proyectos ser\u00e1n<br \/>\nseleccionados mediante un procedimiento abierto y en r\u00e9gimen de concurrencia<br \/>\ncompetitiva, por medio de las oportunas convocatorias realizadas por las<br \/>\nComunidades Aut\u00f3nomas y Ciudades de Ceuta y Melilla, y cuyo procedimiento de<br \/>\nconcesi\u00f3n se regir\u00e1 por lo dispuesto en la Ley 38\/2003, de 17 de noviembre,<br \/>\nGeneral de Subvenciones.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 7.15pt; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 11.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.0pt;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">BENEFICIARIOS<\/span><\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Podr\u00e1n ser <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">beneficiarios<\/b> de las ayudas de este<br \/>\nprograma a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 37.1, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">las Administraciones P\u00fablicas<\/b>, los propietarios \u00fanicos de edificios<br \/>\nde viviendas, las <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">comunidades de<br \/>\npropietarios<\/b>, agrupaciones de comunidades de propietarios, los <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">consorcios y entes asociativos<\/b> de<br \/>\ngesti\u00f3n. Cuando la ejecuci\u00f3n de la actuaci\u00f3n corresponda a varios<br \/>\nbeneficiarios, la ayuda se distribuir\u00e1 en proporci\u00f3n al coste que cada uno de<br \/>\nellos deba soportar.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">En ning\u00fan caso podr\u00e1n<br \/>\nobtener financiaci\u00f3n correspondiente a este programa quienes se hayan<br \/>\nbeneficiado, dentro del mismo \u00e1mbito, de las ayudas de los programas de<br \/>\nrehabilitaci\u00f3n edificatoria y de regeneraci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n urbanas.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 7.15pt; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 11.0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.0pt;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">TIPO Y CUANT\u00cdA DE LA AYUDA.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">La ayuda consistir\u00e1 en<br \/>\nuna <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">subvenci\u00f3n para financiar un m\u00e1ximo<br \/>\ndel 40% del coste subvencionable de la actuaci\u00f3n<\/b>, sin superar los importes<br \/>\nestablecidos para cada caso, en el programa de fomento de la regeneraci\u00f3n y<br \/>\nrenovaci\u00f3n urbana, por aplicaci\u00f3n directa o por asimilaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"mso-line-height-alt: 10.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 17.0pt;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">El coste subvencionable<br \/>\nde la actuaci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 exceder de los precios medios de mercado aplicables al<br \/>\ncaso.
