11.0pt;\">La concesi\u00f3n de tales<b> pr\u00e9stamos se realiza previa tasaci\u00f3n<\/b> por empresa<br \/>\ntasadora que figura inscrita en un registro especial existente en el Banco de<br porcentaje<br \/>\ndel precio de venta de las viviendas<\/b>, excluidos garajes, trasteros (si no est\u00e1n<br \/>\nvinculados a las viviendas) y locales comerciales, que, en general no tienen<br \/>\nfinanciaci\u00f3n, salvo que la obtenga el comprador.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Dicho porcentaje suele oscilar entre un <b>70 % &#8211; 80 %<\/b> de dicho precio de<br \/>\nventa.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">La constituci\u00f3n de este tipo de prestamos con garantia hipotecaria se<br \/>\nrealiza en <b>escritura publica y esta sometido al
