promoci\u00f3n como en la legislaci\u00f3n que le<br \/>\nafecta<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEn anteriores publicaciones hemos<br \/>\ndeterminado que <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">una de las causas de<br \/>\neste estancamiento,<\/b> aparte, por supuesto, que <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">el precio est\u00e1 por debajo del de mercado libre en muchos casos<\/b> y radica<br \/>\nen <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">que el esfuerzo legislativo que se<br \/>\nest\u00e1 haciendo para dar un marco a al VPP del futuro<\/b>, no solo no ayuda a que<br \/>\nse realicen viviendas protegidas, sino que parece \u201cremar\u201d en sentido contrario,<br \/>\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">imponiendo par\u00e1metros urban\u00edsticos, de<br \/>\nprecio y de dimensionamiento que van a hacer cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil que este tipo<br \/>\nde viviendas se lleve a cabo por su imposibilidad econ\u00f3mica<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPor otra parte, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">cada vez que una Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma legisla<br \/>\nen un sentido<\/b>, con el tiempo, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">esta<br \/>\nlegislaci\u00f3n<\/b>, suficientemente cambiada para que no parezca que se
