style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n&nbsp;en anteriores publicaciones venimos desarrollando una idea que nos<br \/>\ninquieta sobre el futuro de la VPP, bas\u00e1ndonos en la \u00faltima legislaci\u00f3n<br \/>\npublicada, la <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">del Pais Vasco<\/b> (Ley<br \/>\ndel Suelo y Urbanismo del Pa\u00eds Vasco) que, mucho nos tememos, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">este marcando una tendencia, cuanto menos<br \/>\ninquietante<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">EST\u00c1NDARES M\u00cdNIMOS PARA DOTACIONES Y EQUIPAMIENTOS PUBLICOS <\/b><\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Art\u00edculo 79.\u2013 Est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos para reserva de terrenos destinados a<br \/>\ndotaciones y equipamientos de la red de sistemas locales en suelo urbano y<br \/>\nurbanizable.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n1.\u2013 Reglamentariamente se<br \/>\ndefinir\u00e1n las reservas m\u00ednimas de terrenos para las dotaciones p\u00fablicas por<br \/>\nusos de la red de sistemas locales en suelo urbano no consolidado<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n2.\u2013 La ordenaci\u00f3n pormenorizada<br \/>\nde <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">sectores de suelo urbanizable cuyo<br \/>\nuso predominante sea el residencial deber\u00e1 establecer, con el car\u00e1cter de<br \/>\nm\u00ednimas, las reservas de terrenos siguientes:<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\">\na) Para <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">dotaciones p\u00fablicas de la red de sistemas<br \/>\nlocales: 10 m2 de suelo por cada 25 m2 de superficie de techo sobre rasante <\/b>destinada<br \/>\na usos distintos de los de las dotaciones p\u00fablicas. La superficie de la reserva<br \/>\ndestinada a <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">zonas verdes y espacios<br \/>\nlibres no ser\u00e1, en ning\u00fan caso, inferior al 15% de la superficie total del<br \/>\nsector<\/b>, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">sin computar en dicha<br \/>\nsuperficie los sistemas generales incluidos en el sector.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\">\nb) Para <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">aparcamiento de veh\u00edculos: 0,35 plazas por<br \/>\ncada 25 m2 de superficie de techo sobre rasante destinada a usos distintos de<br \/>\nlos de las dotaciones <\/b>p\u00fablicas en parcelas de titularidad privada, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">y 0,15 plazas por cada 25 m2 de superficie<br \/>\nde techo<\/b>, computado de igual modo, en terrenos destinados a dotaciones<br \/>\np\u00fablicas.
