\/>\nrevisi\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico de las cl\u00e1usulas y pr\u00e9stamos abusivos y<br \/>\neliminaci\u00f3n de las cl\u00e1usulas suelo;<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: Estatal de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nSostenible de Viviendas y Edificios, y Regeneraci\u00f3n&nbsp;Urbana, que tiene como<br \/>\nobjetivo pasar de las 23.000 viviendas\/a\u00f1o rehabilitadas&nbsp;actualmente a<br \/>\n200.000 viviendas\/a\u00f1o en 2025, generando unos 200.000 empleos nuevos&nbsp;en el<br \/>\nsector.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;\">\n<i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">7.- En el \u00e1mbito de los <b>edificios<br \/>\np\u00fablicos <\/b>se fijar\u00e1 como objetivo la rehabilitaci\u00f3n&nbsp;energ\u00e9tica con<br \/>\ncar\u00e1cter anual del 3% de la superficie de los edificios de la Administraci\u00f3n&nbsp;General<br \/>\n\u2013edificios de servicios administrativos\u2013 y, a su vez, trasladarlo al resto<br \/>\nde&nbsp;administraciones.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; style=\"line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Que los firmantes <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">no parecen tener inter\u00e9s en la activaci\u00f3n<br \/>\n     de un sector econ\u00f3mico <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span>como es el inmobiliario<\/b>,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>por encima del
