\/>\nmodificaci\u00f3n de la Ley del Suelo de la Comunidad de Madrid<\/b>, 9\/2001, de 17<br \/>\nde julio<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Esta<br \/>\nausencia de desarrollo ha venido motivado por la generaci\u00f3n y modificaci\u00f3n de<br \/>\ntextos normativos que los anteriores Gobiernos Auton\u00f3micos aprobaron bajo<br \/>\nmayor\u00edas absolutas, con objeto de generar desarrollos urban\u00edsticos m\u00e1s humanos,<br \/>\nprovocando exactamente un efecto contrario al esperado amparados bajo el<br \/>\nparaguas de la especulaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;cambria&quot; , &quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">El<br \/>\nobjetivo de esta modificaci\u00f3n es la <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">derogaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nde la limitaci\u00f3n de las alturas de las edificaciones, 3 + atico<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;cambria&quot; , &quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<!--more--><span style=\"font-family: &quot;cambria&quot; , &quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\"><b No podr\u00e1 edificarse con una altura superior a<br \/>\ntres plantas m\u00e1s \u00e1tico, incluida la baja, plantas retranqueadas y semis\u00f3tanos<br \/>\nque sobresalgan m\u00e1s de un metro, de manera que la edificaci\u00f3n resultante no<br \/>\nexceda de dichas tres plantas m\u00e1s \u00e1tico en todos y cada uno de los puntos del<br \/>\nterreno, sin perjuicio de las dem\u00e1s limitaciones que sean aplicables. <\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;cambria&quot; , &quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">No obstante lo anterior, los Ayuntamientos podr\u00e1n<br \/>\nautorizar la construcci\u00f3n de edificios singulares con una altura superior a la<br \/>\nindicada en el p\u00e1rrafo primero, cuando concurran circunstancias especiales<br \/>\ndebidamente apreciadas y motivadas.
