margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">Si nos decidimos a<br \/>\nrealizar esta promoci\u00f3n, y pensamos que las viviendas libres de 175 m2 no son<br \/>\nviables ( son demasiado grandes para venderlas en esa zona), las tendremos que<br \/>\nhacer m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, ( Por ejemplo de 125 m2) pero el coste de la urbanizaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nseguir\u00e1 siendo el mismo<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">Por tanto, el <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">coste unitario de repercusi\u00f3n de la<br \/>\nurbanizaci\u00f3n aumentar\u00e1<\/b> en 175\/125 por m2 construido; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">De forma similar<br \/>\npodemos calcular el efecto de limitar el precio del solar urbanizado en las VPP<br \/>\nya que esta limitaci\u00f3n, planteada en un cuadro similar, tiene el efecto de que<br \/>\nel coste total de la urbanizaci\u00f3n que, en su caso exceda del l\u00edmite tiene que<br \/>\nser absorbido por la Vivienda Libre,<br \/>\nas\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n su precio de adquisici\u00f3n del suelo.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;
