El<br \/>\nplan efectuar\u00e1 las reservas de suelo para dotaciones urban\u00edsticas en los<br \/>\nlugares m\u00e1s adecuados para satisfacer las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, de cara<br \/>\na asegurar su accesibilidad universal, funcionalidad e integraci\u00f3n en la estructura<br \/>\nurban\u00edstica.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 18.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 18.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">4. El<br \/>\nplan general deber\u00e1 justificar que en el conjunto del suelo urbano no<br \/>\nconsolidado de cada distrito se cumplen los est\u00e1ndares de reserva m\u00ednima para<br \/>\nsistemas locales, y en el que sean necesarios procesos de urbanizaci\u00f3n, que se<br \/>\ncumplen igualmente los l\u00edmites de intensidad.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 18.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 18.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">5. El<br \/>\nayuntamiento en pleno, por mayor\u00eda absoluta y sin necesidad de seguir el<br \/>\nprocedimiento de modificaci\u00f3n del plan, podr\u00e1 acordar el cambio de uso de los<br \/>\nterrenos reservados para equipamientos p\u00fablicos por otro uso dotacional p\u00fablico<br \/>\ndistinto, siempre que se mantenga la titularidad p\u00fablica o se destine a<br \/>\nincrementar las zonas verdes y los espacios libres p\u00fablicos.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 18.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 18.0pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">6. El<br \/>\nplan general calificar\u00e1 como suelo dotacional los terrenos que fuesen<br \/>\ndestinados efectivamente a tales fines, los elementos funcionales de las<br \/>\ninfraestructuras de transportes y las instalaciones adscritas a la defensa<br \/>\nnacional.
