\nComunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Andaluc\u00eda publica el <\/span>Decreto 141\/2016<\/span><\/a><\/span> de 2 de agosto por

\nPlan de Vivienda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Andaluc\u00eda 2016\/2020, <\/span><\/h3>\n
\nque afecta a varios temas que destacamos<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\nEl precio m\u00e1ximo de repercusi\u00f3n del suelo:<\/span><\/h3>\n
\n es un % sobre el
\nprecio m\u00e1ximo de referencia de las viviendas<\/b> con sus anejos vinculados y, si
\nexisten locales comerciales, otro % del precio de los locales <\/b>y anejos no
\nvinculados, valorados al precio m\u00e1ximo unitario de las viviendas y aplicado a
\nsu superficie \u00fatil <\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nDichos porcentajes son el 15% y el 30% respectivamente<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

\nVeamos un ejemplo:<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
\nUn promotor desarrolla 10.000 m2 construidos s\/r con la
