<\/span>o<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>dotaci\u00f3n<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>residencial<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">susceptible<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>ser<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>ocupada<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>por<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Consecuencia de la trampa. <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">vivienda adecuada, de titularidad privada<\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">4.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Cuant\u00eda de la ayuda.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">La cuant\u00eda de estas ayudas,<br \/>\ndentro de los l\u00edmites de este programa y atendiendo a las circunstancias<br \/>\npersonales de la persona beneficiaria, podr\u00e1 alcanzar los siguientes importes:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">a.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Hasta<br \/>\n600 euros al mes y hasta el 100% de la renta<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"> o precio de ocupaci\u00f3n del inmueble, establecido. En supuestos<br \/>\ndebidamente justificados por el \u00f3rgano concedente de la ayuda, podr\u00e1 alcanzar<br \/>\nhasta 900 euros al mes y hasta el 100% de la renta o precio de ocupaci\u00f3n,<br \/>\nestablecido.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #D9E2F3; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Consecuencia de la trampa 2. <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">La ayuda se la podr\u00e1n dar a esas \u2026 entidades<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>sin<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>\u00e1nimo<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de lucro, de econom\u00eda<br \/>\ncolaborativa \u2026 que act\u00faan por cuenta de los beneficiarios<\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">6.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Gesti\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"> o las ciudades de Ceuta y Melilla <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">podr\u00e1n conceder estas<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>las<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>personas beneficiarias<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">o<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>por<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>cuenta<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>estas<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>a<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>las<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>administraciones,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>empresas<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>o<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">entidades referidas<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>en<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>el<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>punto<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>la<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>vivienda<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>habitual,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>la<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>condici\u00f3n<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>persona<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>sin<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Administraciones<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>P\u00fablicas,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>los<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>organismos<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>p\u00fablicos<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>y<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>dem\u00e1s entidades de derecho p\u00fablico,<br \/>\nas\u00ed como las empresas p\u00fablicas y <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">las<br \/>\nentidades del tercer sector sin \u00e1nimo de lucro<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">\u00ab4.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Los adquirentes de viviendas, para<br \/>\nincrementar el parque p\u00fablico y social de vivienda destinado al alquiler o<br \/>\ncesi\u00f3n en uso, podr\u00e1n obtener una <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">subvenci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"> proporcional a la superficie \u00fatil de cada<br \/>\nvivienda, de hasta un <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">m\u00e1ximo de<br \/>\n400 euros<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>por<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>metro<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>cuadrado<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>superficie<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>\u00fatil<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>La<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>cuant\u00eda<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>m\u00e1xima<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>esta subvenci\u00f3n <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">no podr\u00e1<br \/>\nsuperar el 60% del precio<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"> o coste<br \/>\nde adquisici\u00f3n incluidos impuestos,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>tasas,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>tributos,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>gastos<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>notar\u00eda<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>y<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>registro<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>y<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>cualquier<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>otro<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>gasto inherente<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>a<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>la<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>adquisici\u00f3n.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Esta<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>subvenci\u00f3n<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>es<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>compatible<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>con<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>cualquiera<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>otra subvenci\u00f3n concedida por otras<br \/>\nAdministraciones P\u00fablicas para el mismo objeto\u00bb.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #D9E2F3; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Este art\u00edculo 28 es clave en el Plan<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">; es el<br \/>\nque <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">define las subvenciones<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\"> y<br \/>\nestablece 2 tipos, en funci\u00f3n de la renta m\u00e1xima a aplicar a las viviendas de<br \/>\nla promoci\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #D9E2F3; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Como nos parece poco<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\"> lo que<br \/>\ndec\u00eda el Plan en su mejor caso, el apartado a): 350 \u20ac y 50% de la inversi\u00f3n, lo<br \/>\n<\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; <\/span>Se a\u00f1ade el siguiente p\u00e1rrafo al <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">art\u00edculo 30<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"> del Real Decreto 106\/2018 por el que se regula el <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Plan Estatal de Vivienda 2018-2021<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">\u00abEn el supuesto de adquisici\u00f3n<br \/>\nde vivienda para incrementar el parque p\u00fablico y<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>social<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>vivienda<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>destinado<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>al<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>alquiler<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>o<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>cesi\u00f3n<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>en<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>uso<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>la<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>ayuda<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>se<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span>podr\u00e1 conceder <\/span><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">mediante<br \/>\nadjudicaci\u00f3n directa y se pagar\u00e1 al beneficiario con car\u00e1cter previo a la<br \/>\nformalizaci\u00f3n de la escritura p\u00fablica de compraventa<\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">, estando el pago expresamente condicionado a la efectiva formalizaci\u00f3n<br \/>\nde la compraventa\u00bb<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;
