moratoria de los pagos de hipoteca<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Es tambi\u00e9n<br \/>\ninteresante la definici\u00f3n que se hace de&nbsp; <b>\u00abgran tenedor<\/b>\u00ab, entendiendo<br \/>\npor tal la persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica que sea titular de m\u00e1s de diez inmuebles<br \/>\nurbanos, excluyendo garajes y trasteros, o una superficie construida de m\u00e1s de<br \/>\n1.500 m<sup>2&#8243;<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><b>Si, por tener<br \/>\nm\u00e1s de 10 viviendas en alquiler, se considera a uno GRANDE, imaginense el nivel<br \/>\nde atomizaci\u00f3n del secto<\/b>r, que es uno de los grandes problemas que \u00e9ste tiene<br \/>\npara llevar a cabo una labor profesional efectiva<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">En el fondo de<br \/>\ntodos esos decretos, subyace la idea de que inquilino y arrendador lleguen a un<br \/>\nacuerdo y, si no, se aplicar\u00edan estas normas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Se habla de<br \/>\n<b>habilitar avales<\/b> para que los bancos den prestamos para pagar le alquiler, pero<br \/>\nesto suena mas a brindis al sol que a otra cosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Con las<br \/>\nlimitaciones de los ingresos del inquilino, en base al IPREM y, por tanto, por<br \/>\nl\u00f3gica, del alquiler que este pagando, a lo mejor hablamos de un pr\u00e9stamo de<br \/>\n4.000 \u20ac m\u00e1ximo y va a costar mas conseguirlo que llegar a un acuerdo con el<br \/>\npropietario para irlo pagando poco a poco<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Se adjuntan enlaces&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span Es decir, se<br \/>\ndeja a libre pacto entre las partes<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 22.5pt;\">\n<strong><span style=\"color: #141414; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Tanto inquilino como arrendador podr\u00e1n<br \/>\ndisponer de la fianza para pagar total o parcialmente alguna mensualidad de la<br \/>\nrenta<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #141414; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">.
