font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">Si<br \/>\nel inmueble est\u00e1 en ruina es mucho m\u00e1s barato demolerlo en su integridad que<br \/>\nrehabilitarlo<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\">, aspecto este ser\u00e1 producto del Informe de<br \/>\nEvaluaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 114%;\"> del mismo desocupando temporalmente el<br \/>\ninmueble para volver a ocuparlo, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">salvo<br \/>\nque el inmueble rehabilitado tenga m\u00e1s espacios privativos a comercializar por<br \/>\nel promotor<\/b>, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">la operaci\u00f3n no tendr\u00e1<br \/>\ncar\u00e1cter estrictamente inmobiliario<\/b> y ser\u00e1 muy parecida a una construcci\u00f3n,<br \/>\npara la cual <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">es m\u00e1s operativo una<br \/>\nempresa constructora especializada en rehabilitaci\u00f3n <\/b>de edificios que un<br \/>\npromotor <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;
