mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">No se<br \/>\npuede ejecutar una promoci\u00f3n de Vivienda protegida donde uno desee, sino que el<br \/>\nsolar sebe estar calificado para ese uso y as\u00ed constar en la ficha urban\u00edstica.<br \/>\nIncluso el r\u00e9gimen de VPP aplicable<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bookmark: _Hlk490730997;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bookmark: _Hlk490730997;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">Subsanados<br \/>\nestos, se expide la Calificaci\u00f3n Definitiva que sirve para formalizar las<br \/>\nescrituras p\u00fablicas de compraventa y para fijar las superficies \u00fatiles<br \/>\ndefinitivas y sus precios m\u00e1ximos de venta,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bookmark: _Hlk490730997;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;
