contiene <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">la definici\u00f3n fiscal de obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios<\/b>, que<br \/>\nson las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">B) A los efectos de esta ley, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">son obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nedificaciones<\/b> las que re\u00fanan los siguientes requisitos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;1.\u00ba <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Que su objeto principal sea la reconstrucci\u00f3n de las mismas<\/b>,<br \/>\nentendi\u00e9ndose cumplido este requisito cuando <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">m\u00e1s del 50 por ciento del <u>coste total del proyecto<\/u> de<br \/>\nrehabilitaci\u00f3n se corresponda con obras de consolidaci\u00f3n<\/b> o tratamiento de<br \/>\nelementos estructurales, fachadas o cubiertas o con obras an\u00e1logas o conexas a<br \/>\nlas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;2.\u00ba Que <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><u>el coste total de las obras<\/u><\/b> a que se refiera el proyecto <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">exceda del 25 por ciento del precio de<br \/>\nadquisici\u00f3n de la edificaci\u00f3n<\/b> si se hubiese efectuado aqu\u00e9lla <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">durante los dos a\u00f1os inmediatamente<br \/>\nanteriores al inicio de las obras<\/b> de rehabilitaci\u00f3n <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">o, en otro caso, del valor de mercado<\/b> que tuviera la edificaci\u00f3n o<br \/>\nparte de la misma en el momento de dicho inicio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;A estos efectos, <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">se descontar\u00e1<\/b> del precio de adquisici\u00f3n<br \/>\no del valor de mercado de la edificaci\u00f3n <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">la<br \/>\nparte proporcional correspondiente al suelo<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
