mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">Normalmente se cita de acuerdo a la ley, pero en el caso del Impuesto sobre el Incremento de Valor de los Terrenos de Naturaleza Urbana (IVTNU) hay que citar expresamente quien los paga, pues a pesar de que el sujeto pasivo de este impuesto, obligado al pago, es el vendedor, es relativamente frecuente que el comprador se haga cargo de su importe, obligaci\u00f3n que debe recogerse en el clausulado expresamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-color-alt: windowtext; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">Para resolver el problema de la tramitaci\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamo que estiman durara un mes, deciden celebrar un contrato privado de opci\u00f3n de compra, desembolsando la compradora<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>en el acto de la firma del contrato la cantidad de 1.000.000 euros como anticipo a cuenta del precio final pactado <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: #F4B083; El tipo aplicable ser\u00e1 el vigente en dicha comunidad, el 1,5 %, correspondi\u00e9ndole el<br \/>\npago a la sociedad compradora IBMO S.L. por importe de:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">1,5 % s\/ 4.000.000 = 60.000<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">Es una autoliquidaci\u00f3n provisional por el plazo de cuatro a\u00f1os. Debiendo presentar y pagar la autoliquidaci\u00f3n IBMO S.L en la Comunidad Valenciana, Delegaci\u00f3n de Hacienda de Benidorm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
