caso, de las<br \/>\nautoridades competentes, <b>la informaci\u00f3n siguiente:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Plano general del emplazamiento de la vivienda y plano de la vivienda misma<\/b>, as\u00ed como descripci\u00f3n y trazado de las redes el\u00e9ctrica, de agua, gas y calefacci\u00f3n y garant\u00edas de las mismas, y de las medidas de seguridad contra incendios con que cuente el inmueble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">3. <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Descripci\u00f3n de la vivienda<\/b> con expresi\u00f3n de su superficie \u00fatil, y descripci\u00f3n general del edificio en el que se encuentra, de las zonas comunes y de los servicios accesorios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">4<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">. Referencia a los materiales empleados<\/b> en la construcci\u00f3n de la vivienda, incluidos los aislamientos t\u00e9rmicos y ac\u00fasticos, y del edificio y zonas comunes y servicios accesorios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">5. <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Instrucciones sobre el uso y conservaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones<\/b> que exijan alg\u00fan tipo de actuaci\u00f3n o conocimiento <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">especial<\/b> y sobre evacuaci\u00f3n del inmueble en caso de emergencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;\">6.
